The Penthouse Group will exhibit their new applicators for use with cushion compacts. The supplier recently developed a new line of what they say are very affordable cushion applicator puffs with an internal barrier that prevents the product from penetrating through the applicator.

They have included flocking to one side of this puff for an extraordinary new product pay-off and application. According to The Penthouse Group, this is the next generation applicator within this category.
